wOrld of thOughts…

The lists of things I need to do during the two months break:

1. Pack my stuff (get prepared to shift)
   • Lots of stuff to clear and pack… Hope I can finish packing some before I go home after exam… Think I will need to throw away alot of stuff… Haha… Good luck to me 😛
2. Diet plan
   • I must run every morning… And do Yoga every evening… Haha… And watch my meal… No more chocalates for 2 months… But might indulge in my favourite durian… Coz durian season is coming… 🙂
3. Mother’s day
   • Celebrate mother’s day with my mum… don’t know how we will celebrate this year… shall wait and see…
4. Celebrate my roomie’s 22nd bdae
   • Shopping shopping shopping… Broke broke broke… Having steamboat on that day… Can’t wait for it…
5. Get my new dresses
   • Bought 3 new dresses online… Hope i will get them all by then… And hope I can fit in… Then they will be my first three collection of dresses 🙂
6. Go Bintan
   • Beautiful beach is waiting for me… Nice resort is waiting for me… Hope I will enjoy my time there…
7. Finish my cross stitch
   • Was doing this precious moment cross stitch since last year… And haven’t finish it yet… It is rather big okay and I am rather busy… So not my fault… Haha… Need to finish it by June… I can do it!!
8. Revise my tax concepts
   • Need to revise my concepts… If not when I start work… I will not know what I am doing… Must get prepared first… Might be competitive in the new environment…
9. Learn to cook
   • Haha… Need to learn to cook some nice dishes… So that I can start cooking when I shift to the flat… Don’t want to eat too much outside food… Prefer to eat homecook food…
10. Straighten and cut my hair
    • Want to change my IMAGE… Ha… Never change for quite long le… Hope I can change and get use to it…
11. Shape my eyebrow
    • Never done this before… Shall go find LH to do with me… Haha… She always ask me go do… But I don’t dare… Haha… Need some courage for this 🙂
12. Celebrate dad’s bdae
    •  Woo… Dad is 52 yrs old le… Haha… 30 yrs older than me… Lets see what we will get for him this year….
13. Go Genting
    • Going with my JC mates… Lihan, Xueping, Chang Loong and Waishan… First time going on holiday with them… Hope it will be fun… Quite a pity that some of us cannot go… Hope I will get over my height phobia…
14. Father’s day
    • Ha… Same as mother’s day… So many celebrations in 2 months… 🙂
15. Celebrate my 22nd bdae
    • Haha… Getting old le… Should be a usual bdae… Shall see what happen and will update you all…
16. Celebrate my 1st year anniversary
    • Don’t know if anything special will happen… Haha… shall wait and see 🙂
17. Shift to my friend’s flat
    • Ha… Don’t like shifting… Coz very troublesome and tiring… Hmm but no choice… Hope I wont have too much stuff to shift… Haha… And hope my friend’s uncle and auntie will be nice…
18. Meet up my friends
    • Need to meet up some friends before work starts… Hope I will have time to do so 🙂
19. Get ready for work
    • Lots of things to prepare… Not only physically… But also mentally… So fast… I am going to be part of the working society… Hope I will get use to it…

Hmm… had my audit paper today… did not think it was a tough paper… although i did not how to do several of them… this is because… i noe what the paper would be about after doing the past year… however, capibility is limited and due to the short time frame… it is hard to think of the RIGHT answer… anyway… i think AUDIT does not have a RIGHT answer to it too… haha… juz hope i ll pass this paper… one more paper to go… and this is the least prepared subject out of the three… hope it will goes smoothly too 🙂

Anyway watched the amazing race today… it was a super exciting episode… leaving four of the teams for this amazing race – all stars… my favourite team was already out of the race… but… its still a nice entertainment program… very exciting…

This week amazing race was at Macau… it was really a very happening leg of race… these are some of the interesting moments…

1. Mini trade for yield: Danny and Oswald were the first to leave… they got to the macau tower… and it was a YIELD stop… they made a trade with the beauty queens – Dustin and Kandice because they lack of $$… ha… obviously… the beauty queens took up the trade… if not… there was a possibility that Danny and Oswald will yield them… so they yield Danielle and Eric again… moral of story: money can make the world turns round
2. Nice offerings: Mirna and Charla actually offered Danny and Oswald some money… but too bad… they already made the deal with the beauty queens… coz they arrived earlier… moral of story: hard to predict people’s thought
3. Yield: Danielle and Eric was surprised that they were yielded again…  they were praying that somebody would yield the beauty queen… but too bad… and they actually had a penalty from the last leg… they were obviously very very angry over Danny and Oswald… moral of story:  do not think believe that there is any “angel” in a race, back stabbing always occur
4. Bad taxi: Justin and Kandice is at the first place at the very beginning of the race… but… they got on the wrong taxi… the taxi driver did not know how to go to the place… what a nerve wrecking experience for them… moral of story: communicate properly before you board the taxi
5. Noodle stop: interesting detour… get to make noodle… most of the teams chosen this… but… hmm… was not easy… u need to get the right thickness for the noodle… Mirna and Charla experience a great difficulty in this detour… the most interesting about them was not only their back stabbing and sometimes rudeness… but also their quarrelling throughout the race… moral of story: making noodle is not as easy as you thought
6. Lost in translation (karma): Danny and Oswald were lost in the middle of Macau… while they were walking to the boat quay to fixed the dragon head and drum to get their next clue… although they were first initially… but they wasted alot of the time to find the right way there… and the people on the street did not understand english… poor them… under time pressure and lost in this unfamiliar island… was this because of the yield earlier? moral of story: do not do anything bad, it may back fire
7. Mini car: Mirna and Charla had a hard time to drive the mini car… and they actually create a chaos at the road because the mini car was stuck… moral of story: learn to drive a car, if not do not touch a car
8. Lucky round: Danielle and Eric came in second… but because they had a 30 minutes penalty… they need to wait for another 30 minutes to see any group actually arrived in this thirty minutes… Mirna and Charla arrived in the time of penalty… but luck is at their side… they saw no arrival from the other team… they manage to escape and stay at the top three… this was also a lucky round for Danny and Oswald… this was not an elimination round… so they still stay in the race… moral of story: luck plays a role in our life

Had my first paper today… AA306… all about consolidation, equity accounting, foreign exchange and hedging…

I think this is the first time I was confident about my accounting subject before I went and sit for the exam… BUT the paper didn’t turn out to be very easy… Did not manage to finish 20 marks of question… In case any of you wondering why I never finish so much… This was a super tedious paper… Need to calculate here and there, there is no time for you to ponder… Hopefully those questions I did, I will score well in it…

Pinning high hope on this paper… Because I think this will be much more easier than AA206 and AA 304… Hope I will do well… Really put in quite a lot of effort… Tried three semester papers… And this was the semester that I was really consistent in my studies… 🙂

Okay… Still have two more papers to go… Really think they are tough… Wish me luck 🙂
