Genting trip (3D2N)

Pre Genting trip

Stayed at changloong’s house for a night before going to Genting. We played mahjong and taught changloong to play too. Never played that for over a few years. Was quite surprise that lihan knew how to play because she don’t know how to play bridge. Had a very relaxing night. Then we watched Hitcher. But lihan and xueping were like using a pillow to cover themselves all the time. Super funny. But we never finish watching the show because everybody was rather tired. So we just went to bed after watching half of it.

Day 1

Woke up at six plus because our bus leaving at eight. Slept in the bus for like a few hours. After sleeping for a few hours, we were all rather energetic. Then we were chatting about relationship. There was somebody that just get attached recently. So all of us were rather curious it. Really bring out the bagua-ness in us. We had a six hours bus ride before reaching our hotel. We stayed at the Theme Park Hotel. The three girls, me, xueping and lihan, took the bigger room with two queen size bed. We were lucky to have that because we only book the room for four. Then we had a rather full lunch at Pizza Hut. Tried a new pizza – some tuna pizza, but it is not very nice. There was too much mayonaise. After a late lunch, we visited the casino. The casino was really huge and was really tiring to walk around the whole casino. Sometimes I really wonder why so many people like to gamble. The minimum bet for some games were like rather high. But there were still many people gambling. The five of us only went and played the jackpot. We only invested ten ringgits each and four of us lost all of it in less than five minutes. Only lihan won twenty ringgits. Then we went to coffee bean to “chill out” before catching a late night movie – Ocean 13. The “chill out” was another round of chatting. Ocean 13 was rather nice. Quite an interesting show. After watching the show, we were dragging out feet back to the hotel. We had a rather “early” rest that night.

Day 2

We had a late international buffet breakfast. Then we set off to the outdoor theme park to start our thrilling rides. Waishan, changloong and xueping started with the spinning swing. Then we went and had a more relaxing ride – the teacup. It was rather funny as most of the people taking this ride were children with their parents. The next stop was some pirate ride and the ride was rather lame. The whole ride has nothing but just being pitch black. When we came out we were like “is not worth to queue so long for this ride”. Then we went for a more challenging ride – the pirate ship. This was rather challenging for me because I am afraid of height. Initially, I was able to take it. But as it went higher, I can feel my heart stop. But it was a rather good experience. Then five of us also went for the mining train, a roller coaster ride. That was like my final ride for such high height rides. Then, lihan, xueping and waishan went for the dragon ride and superman ride. Xueping and waishan wanted to do the space shot, but they did not manage to persuade lihan to do with them. So we went for go carting, where everybody can go try it. After a long day of ride and waiting, we decided to have some rest and went for out late lunch. We had a meal at the Kenny Rodger. Then after that, we went and shop for waishan’s bdae present. The three of us shopped for so many hours and our legs were like extremely tired. Finally, we managed to settle on what we should give him. Then we head our back to the hotel to find the guys. We went and sing at night and the room was much better than those in Singapore. After our 3 hours singing, we head our way back to the hotel again. Then they gave me and waishan a surprise mini bdae celebration. The funniest thing was that I actually shopped with them for my present and cake, and I did not know about it – funny plan by xueping and lihan. Really thanks alot people. That night we just watched show, chat and play cards. We were losing our voice by the end of it.

Day 3

Our last day at Genting was rather relaxing. We just rot in our rooms until the checkout time. Then, we went and “chill out” at coffee bean again. Played cards for a few hours there as we were all lazy to go do some other stuff. While we were playing there, there was another group of guys playing mahjong cards there, which wash rather interesting. At around 3pm, we head our way back to JB. It was a rather long ride. By the time we reached back in JB, it was nearly 10pm.

This trip is rather enjoyable and this was the first trip with my JC friends. Hope of all you enjoyed. Will really miss all of you when we start work. Shall post my photos later on because I don’t have my cable with me at home.
