very long nvr blog… too lazy to blog… or too tired to blog… who noes…
anyway… have been working for nearly 2 mths already… a fren of mine juz quit today… quite shock… coz she only join the company 3 mths ago… nearly the same time as us… the resignation is triggered by stress? timesheet? chargeability? work? reviews? welcome to the working world… actually now is not even our peak yet… for the past few wks… some of us actually had no job to do and we need to go around to find job… but this wk… my job starts to pile up… and i will keep interact w reviewers, managers and clients… so wat do i felt about my work life? hmm…
LIKE:
- friendly environment – everybody are willing to help u…
- steep learning curve – really learn alot in the past few wks…
- nicely decorated workstation – make me happy everyday…
- reviewers – there are always ppl to review ur job… have something to fall bck on or even a way to learn things fast…
- rather good working hours – tts compared to auditing…
- interactions – interaction skills improving and getting to noe wat r the qns to ask clients…
- nicely planned days – work, eat, slp, meet frens, meet bf, shopping, go home, etc…
- portfolio – more sense of belonging… coz i have my own portfolio of clients…
- sense of satisfaction – after finishing and send out to client or the Comptroller…
DISLIKE:
- waking up early in the morning and squeezing myself in the train…
- doing billing… where i have to dig into wat ppl have did…
- stuff we need to do when we first start an engagement…
- photocopying the audit working papers…
- datelines…
- work piling up…
- people keep interrupting ur job…
- nasty clients…
- targets – KPI – chargeability
- getting my pay late…
ha… lazy to think more le… shall stop here… realised that after work… my brain can no longer function well at nite… 🙂
